中國廁所文明的曆史是怎樣的？八國聯軍之前是如何發展的？

從這句話“可見有司之失政，富室之無良”似乎看出中國本不該是那樣子，頂多隻算一時之亂象，如何表明廁所文明始於聯軍？

倒是覺得您得出的結論還是有道聽途說之嫌。
