雙語小品詩文：螞蟻

平水韻七絕

 

窗台何不作書台？研墨曉晴天地開。

蘭草一株橫紙上，兩三小蟻索詩來。

……

The other day my palm literally itched to learn about its owner's fate. Before I knew it, an uninvited ant was already crawling and reading between my palm lines. Its two long antennas were beating the air nonstop, apparently telegraphing an indecipherable message to me. Quite an enigma. Soon enough though, I had to let it go. I had too much itch on my palm--and that's my fate.
