肉我基本一周吃一次。幹果,杏仁,榛子,都是很好的耐餓有營養的東西。
吃的要少一點,但是精彩一些,好一些。

我倒是也想吃雜糧,就是覺得很難吃 :( 水果蔬菜對我來說更有食欲
