緊急求救！！！！謝謝！

我的電腦開機後顯示一個窗口，主要內容是：

Your personal files have been encrypted!
.....

encryption was produced using a unique public key RSA-2048 generated for this computer. To discrypt files you need to obtain the private key.

我上網搜了，這是 CryptoWall 3.0 virus。 網上有好些教怎麽remove this virus的，不過，我不知道是不是真的，有些需要download 東西，不知道該用那個，不敢亂試。

How to remove CryptoWall 3.0?
Reboot your computer into Safe Mode remove associated CryptoWall Files.

但是什麽是 associated files呢？ 就是裏麵宣示的那個文件名是“help-..."的文件？

坦子裏有沒有高手，可以建議一下怎麽做 （除格式化這最後的方案）？ 無比感激。 怎麽恢複文件不在現在這步的問題中。
