逢年過節的時候，各種聚餐、聚會讓人應接不暇，如果遇到格外熱情的主人，還可能會被一個勁的“勸吃勸喝”，可是自己的胃口和酒量實在有限，這可怎麽辦呢？我們今天就來說幾個應對這種情況時常用的句子。

1. I'm on diet.
我在節食。

2. I'm not used to drinking．
我不喝酒。

3. I'm vegetarian.
我吃素。

4. I have quit drinking.
我已經戒酒了。

5. I have quitted smoking for more than one year.
我已經戒煙一年多了。

6. I'm stuffed. I can't take another bite.
我吃撐了，一口都吃不下了。

7. I'm full.
我吃飽了。

8. I don't eat raw food.
我不吃生的東西。

9. I don't eat garlic dishes.
有蒜的菜我都不吃。

10. I cannot drink because I will have to drive back home soon.
我不能喝酒，一會兒還得開車回家呢。
