新公司注冊了:)注冊公司的區別 Sole P vs.C Corp vs.S Corp vs.LLC (圖)

寫了20多年軟件，給美國資本家打工15年了，看不到前途，決定全職自己開公司了。為了保護自己的財產，注冊了一個LLC有限公司。看到有朋友經常來問各種公司的區別，把自己search的資料同大家分享。
