I don't think there're anything wrong with 謎麵

建造 definetly apples to the whole sentence. Sometimes the 語氣 plays a trick of misleading, but keep in mind 拆字 is always 麵別解。
The only concern is:
Is it too 碎 with 並 戶 同 - > 扁豆 ？
