春望

國破山河在，城春草木深。
感時花濺淚，恨別鳥驚心。
烽火連三月，家書抵萬金。
白頭搔更短，渾欲不勝簪。

Nation broken, mountains and rivers are still there;
Spring arrived in the town, grasses and trees had grown high.
Sensing the tough situation, the blossoming flowers made me in tears frequently;
Separating from family, the chirping birds activated my annoying easily.
The fire of war had burnt three months,
Receiving a letter from family is as hard as obtaining ten thousand gold over night.
My white hair is fewer and fewer as my keep scratching,
it almost couldn’t hold the hairpin.
