另兩樣元素，微細的氣和煉淨的火，
都與你同在，無論我身在何等處所；
頭一件我的思念，另一件我的渴望，
這些在或不在都以快速的動作滑過。
因為當這兩樣輕快的元素與我分開

組成我生命的四個要素便隻剩兩個

直到那兩個信使從你那裏敏捷返程，
