First of all, for sure, the reflections in the eyes are too busy. Wrong time of the day to take pictures.
Second,about the hand, #9 actually is the first shoot of these photos, the aperture is 1.6, if small aperture, say 5.0, were used, probably the hand would apperance into the same plain as the face.
The lense I used is Sigma 85 1.4. That's the longest lense I have.
You have long lense now, next time maybe you can try again on the picture like this.
