It is a very sexy concept and many have tried. I assume a relatively short lens is used here. The hand is totally, in my opinion, out of place.
I have tried many times the same concept with my 85mm. It looks just like what your #9, a big hand out of the phase to a cute model face.
What I was told, one need a longer lens to compress the hand into the same plain as the face. Also, the hand needs to placed closer to her face.
Also, again my opinion, the reflections in the eyes are too busy. Wrong time of the day to take pictures.
