關鍵點是:貓媽什麽時間懷孕的和'breeder' is the owner of the cat,,,,defendant ag

從你的帖裏看, 這個時間你買的貓媽: from me on 04/04/13 for £200 as a pet. 這個時間貓媽生娃了: ,,,,,,4 kittens sired by my stud cat on 13/05/13.

(多說一句, 這個Breeder就是個純想賺錢的商人.TA用了詞: produced a litter of 4 kittens)

我是前不久因為小可憐美妞懷孕才知道的,貓貓的懷孕期60天--70天.

你買貓媽之前她就懷孕了.如你所述, 你買貓隻有收據且沒有任何附加條件和agreement, 說明Breeder不知道貓媽懷孕了. 這是professional Breeder的錯或是失誤.  你對貓媽突然間生babies不知如何是好,,情急之下聯絡了Breeder, 恰好說明你不知道貓媽懷孕, 更不想讓她生babies.

你可以質問Breeder, 作為職業飼養人, ta為什麽連貓貓懷孕都不知道? 

下麵這句:

The 'breeder' is the owner of the cat at the time of mating. Bunty is still in my ownerhsip until proof of neutering is provided.  This is standard practice and the defendant agreed to this.


關鍵點: 你確實agreed 嗎? (提醒一下哈:這個agreed要有paperwork才在法庭上有法律效力)  Breeder的" This is standard practice " 沒有法律效力. 什麽是"Standard"??  那是Breeder自己的Standard.

"Registeration", 爭辯點: 你不知道有如此程序, 你是新貓媽媽. Breeder也沒跟你提示.

建議經濟賠償上反訴Breeder.

這個case, 你想留住貓貓,又不付錢給Breeder,  有得一爭!!!
