If p(1,1)=1/12,p(1,1)=1/6p(2,3)+1/6p(3,2),p(2,3)=1?

I think only use P(4)+P(6)+P(8)+...
P(i)means the Prob. i-steps to (1,1),(1,5),(5,1),or(5,5).
But it is not easy by hand.If the question change to find
P(4) is good question.
