２－ 每人都有一竿秤， 秤必然 有誤差！但每人都隻信任自己的秤.
３－每人秤誤差都不同！
４－每人都不傻 （這個是廢話。。）

如合公平：
１ 每人都要認為拿到＞別人的 （每人都要認為拿到＞ １／２的 ）
