Define statement A as: if 3 is live, then A is false.

Define question QA as: is A true?

Define statement QB as: is 1 live?

Define statement QC as: is the god's answer to QB yes?

Then the question Q to ask the god is:

If you cannot answer QA, then please answer QA; otherwise please answer QC.

* If the answer is silence, then 3 is live;
* otherwise if the answer is yes, then 1 is live;
* otherwise 2 is live.
