Note: [sqrt(3)+sqrt(2)]^2 = 2sqrt(6)+5

Therefore,
expression=10[[sqrt(3)+sqrt(2)]^2-[sqrt(3)+sqrt(2)][9sqrt(3)+11sqrt(2)]
=[sqrt(3)+sqrt(2)][sqrt(3)-sqrt(2)]
=1
