want to find same-minded to be pen/chat pal

I would love to find a place where I can chat with somebody who is willing to share life stories and opinions. I am also preparing for interperation certification test, that means that we will never run out of topics to talk about. Does anybody know if there is a English forum specifically run for Chinese-American? I will appreciate if anybody can help.
