事情是這樣的：我的老板有經費，但是他的一個很要好的朋友沒錢，又想做點研究，我的老板同意讓我幫做一部分，我做了，現在，這個老板的朋友又提出更 多要求，而且是我極其不喜歡做的實驗。我不想做。我是PH.D.，他要做的都是非常技術員做的事，我自己一大堆的課題要做。我真的沒有時間和精力做這些與 我的課題豪不相關的東西，當然，我做的東西他都在文章中掛我的名字，我知道那是我應得的，他卻總是拿那個來說服我。我幫這個老板的朋友都幾乎兩年了，以前 都抹不開老板的麵子，現在這人得寸進尺了。我想說不了。一定得說了，但是還是不想傷著老板和老板的朋友。

You may want to talk with both your boss and his friend in person, instead of sending emails.
Just tell them that you want to concentrate on your own project. In consideration of your career goal and your tight schedule, it is hard for you to continue to work in the same way for his friend. You can suggest his friend to hire a (part time) technician, and you are still willing to help them.
You have your right to make decisions for yourself, and they will understand.
