請教：怎麽樣練習英語朗讀？急！！

幾次工作電話interview都黃了。人家說我communication有問題，實際上就是口語和發音問題了。一是講不流利，二是語法錯誤百出，三是發音人家根本聽不懂。

急得睡不著覺，想從閱讀開始，但也不知道如何下手？用什麽材料？請教大家，謝謝了。

 

另外，我的閱讀能力還可以，現在每天都看一些文章，可惜就是這張笨嘴拙舌，美國人天生就會吹，我該怎麽辦？
