Having clear standards and values to which you are committed makes getting through life much easier. With a foundation like this, you never second - guess yourself. You always know you are doing what you believe in and what is the best for you.

Women that know and practice their beliefs have high levels of self-esteem and confidence. They are comfortable with who they are and the purpose of their lives.

The more clearly defined your values and ideas, the more committed you are to living up to them. Take stock of your values. Are you living a life that reflects them? If not, you know what to do.
