I've learned a lot from you in this forum. Wish one day my language skills can get close too your current level. (It's but a dream most probably. :-))

The word "pedophile" is pronounced ˈpe-də-ˌfī(-ə)l or ˈpē-də-ˌfī(-ə)l

I'll go back and check my long [i:] pronunciation as in priest and Greek.
