It is changing all the time. However, language is more art than science. Those changes in a language usually come along with demographic, social and economical changes, rather through reasoning. Behind every word spoken, there is a brain, a mind. It takes much much more than reasoning and logical debate to change a mind. I would not bet my time on it.
