I'm moved by the perception about your job. Actually that goes for any profession, or any workplaces, not just for dish-washing job in restaurants.

American workplaces are full of office politics-- we fight; we struggle; we tolerate; we kiss ass; we have to make some compromise.:) This is the freedom the America gives us:)
