Actually, I have more of a British Twang than what is an accent, because I have been trying to adopt the Ameircan accent. But when I feel emotional and speak rapidly that I cannot give the accent a thought, the British accent will clearly emerge again.

Sometimes poeple will have wild guess. One day I called in a service, the American on the other end of the line asked if I was German.

Anyways I do not remember trying very hard in pronunciation excercises when I was little. Somehow I just learned it at school.
