相遇

我願與你相遇，
當我依然年輕。
於是，我在佛前修行，
當旭日升起，我心緒難平。
我求佛,
“求您讓我瞧她一眼。”
佛於是把我化作一滴露水，
在你麵前的花瓣上，
癡癡地偷望，眼波盈盈。
而當你終於淺淺地微笑，
我卻已變成,
風中的流雲。
我願與你相遇，
當我依然年輕。
於是，我在佛前修行，
當夜幕降落，我坐臥不寧。
我求佛，
“求您讓她瞧我一眼。”
佛於是把我化作一顆流星，
在你頭頂的夜空裏，
颯颯地隕落，幽幽明明。
而當我惘惘惶惶地顧盼，
你卻已遠為，
塵裏的淡影。
我願與你相遇，
雖我已不再年輕。
於是，我仍舊在佛前修行，
當天荒地老，我心如鏡。
我問佛，
“如何才能與伊相守相親？”
佛說，
“伊亦曾問我，我已將伊化作了
你麵前，
那青燈裏的芯。”

I longed to meet you
When I was still young
For years I cultivated and I prayed
When the sun rose
My heart raced
I pleaded
'My dear Lord,
Please lay her eyes on me
If you may.'
God turned me into a drop of dew
Sparkling on the flower you faced
With tears in my eyes
So close at you I gazed
You finally smiled
But, --- into a cloud I faded
Gone like the wind, far far away
I longed to meet youu
When i was still young
For years I cultivated and I prayed
When the sun set
My heart crazed
I pleaded
'My dear Lord,
Please lay my eyes on her
If you may.'
God turned me into a comet
On the sky over you I blazed
With all my glamours
High and above i trailed
I finally searched for you
But, -- into the shadow you faded
Gone like the sands, far far away
Now I am no longer young
But I still long to meet you
At the end of the days
My heart found peace
I asked
'My dear Lord
What does it take
To be with her, if I may'
God said
"Long long ago she asked me for the same.
I turned her into the candle
For years you have been holding everyday.'
