I did not read many cases. The one piece of news I read is about a woman who was fined because she made the music available for others to download. If you just keep the music for your personal use or for education purpose but not for distribution, i guess the chance of your being chased is lower. But it's always a good idea to be cautious. Let me know if you have anything to share on this. Thanks for brought up this subject.
