I think again, it comes back to what do you want.
first, if you want accent like me or Xiao Qian as you may hinted, that's off the table. Everybody grows up differently and attains their skill differently. It's impossible to duplicate.
Second, I think you have good reading, good pronunciation, don't get me wrong on that.
Third, what you don't have now is probably 重音，語調 and flow. To do this, I suggest you train your ears, and think in English (which is probably best represented in writing like lilac).
Speak clearly, loudly and proudly, pick your words wisely will make yourself understandable easily. Don't worry about accent (good accent is a nice thing to have but it's like the icing on the top)
