Analysis:
要讓每個unmarried Prenlandic men 有個老婆，辦法是
1）unmarried Prenlandic men 娶 non Prenlandic women
2) unmarried Prenlandic men 娶 40歲以上的 Prenlandic women
3）unmarried Prenlandic men 娶 30歲以下的 Prenlandic women

Choice 1， 已經在unless 那兒state 了，
而，Choices 2 or 3 還沒有用過，所以，choice 2 也即 option3 最合適。
