有誰知道from hoof to hook是一個短語嗎？

我看一個電視節目，裏麵一個屠宰場的屠夫說I know the trade from hoof to hook and i love it. 我想知道from hoof to hook是否標準的短語？表示行業的一切情況？謝謝。
