1）當然有suit裏穿背心的，甭管毛的料的，叫suit vest

2）那扣子叫collar button，襯衣應叫button collar shirt。有那個小扣扣，襯衣領不現皺，男士襯衣不就圖個領兒嗎，俺在國內還見過隻穿領兒的，外麵罩個東東，洗衣服省老勁了：）
