I never have my English break-out time at a point

My English has been impoved steadily year by year. I read newspapers daily and read yearly popular books. I do feel that technolgy help a lot lately to further enhance my spoken English: convenient digital recorder/player on PC; more free online blogs/readings/videos from best vocal experts and ESL experts; free voiced online English disctionaries.

Each year, there is a different aspect to address. Now, I am more focusing story-telling: tell others' stories and write my stories. To achieve this, I spend more time in community services to observe and experience a snap of an interesting life event to tell.
