as usual, you have very good pace and intonation. I have the following suggestions for you ( I am also learning through providing feedbacks).

Two key words are pronounced incorrectly:
Spirit. The first vowel is a short i, which rhymed with bit, you sounded like it rhymed with bed.
Man/men, I cannot figure out which one you were pronouncing.

"among" is not pronounced correctly, the last vowel rhymes with cup.
"themselves": "selves" is incorrect, which rhymes with set.

"ill" is of short i as bit.
