carbon pen 就是你要的什麽炭素筆，或更確切的說炭素鋼筆，或更白點，black ink pen。就是國內最好填表用的。
carbon pencil,一般也叫炭素筆，sketch用的.

至於為什麽洋人能用綠筆，您隻能用炭素筆。俺館長指示了，沒瞧見洋人綠眼珠，你黑眼珠嗎，period
