"and" here should be pronounced without "d" to rhyme with the tune. Sometimes he did it right. When he sang, listen for "bloom and grow" to the extra "d" linked with "gr". It is the same problem for him to sing "meet me", there should be a glottal stop. I do not feel comfortable with his pronouncing "greet", he seems having a trouble to pronounce "gr" properly.

"homeland" should be stressed on "home". I don't like his pronunciation on "home" either.
