voyage has two ii sound

horror, Native speaker pronounces /hc:r/ with c as its mirror. I picked /hcrer/ with c as its mirror and e upside down. They are both right according to dictionary. I just never knew the first kind of pronunciation. I may not follow it but it can help my listening comprehension.
