A general spoken English course won't help you at all. What you need are private sessions which are customized to you personally. Try to search your local classified ads (including Craiglist and Kijiji) for "ESL". In the city I live it costs you $15 to $40 per hour, depending on the instructor's experience.

Then you need tons of practice. Otherwise you're throwing money in the water.
