I didn't hear much necessary 'er' sound at the end of the words. You have better control of your mouth muscle.

In "knocked myself out", out is garbled, sounding like 'ouch'.

I garble all the time especially when I speak fast or the sentences are too long. So maybe slow-down and proper pause in sentences can help.
