One more thing, martial art practising (sort of QiQong practice) differents from other sports, i used to play basketball, volleyball and long-running, after I engaged in the martial practice I devote much of my possible spare time to that (usually half an hour daily) although I still spend some time in hockey and pingpong; i felt my internal energy is strengthened/accumulated when practising martial art; while other sports consumed my energy as I felt very tired after those sports. I also sweatered a lot during martial practice, however, after a shower, and a nice sleep, i felt energetic the next day.

Practising martial art can heal illness, like backache, but other sports normally don't.

I do believe that many people might have that experience and have taken up this martial art or the other, and I do hope that friends here can try that if you haven't done so.
