求助：俺計算機真的是深度中毒了。現在連email都打不開了。需要重裝係統。有沒有辦法

需要重裝係統。

有沒有辦法重裝而又不抹掉已經保存的文本圖像聲音文件。

機器裏東西太多了。懶，不想先copy出來。可行嗎？
