You can setup any online dictionary you want. I would recommend to use www.iciba.com for English-Chinese and http://www.merriam-webster.com/ for English-English. Once you have the dictionary setup, you can just double click any word while browsing the internet. It will navigate to the dictionary page automatically. You can find more information in the Help file.
