Though it is ok to have different opinions of the accent,
people would appreciate more and be benefited more if you can specify what are good and what you think needs to develop. Simply saying "terrible" will not help people and only discourage the rest.

Mei Shi Ying yu has lovely English accent which is definitely not terrible.
