congratulations ! Here's my advice -

Make a copy of the post before sending, exp. for the important one which you spent hours to write. As it takes longer time and the session is timed out when you've had it finished, your work is gone.
I know the pain as the first version is usually the best as it is written with passion/emotion. Although most of them will slip out of your tongue or pen later, some may fade away.
