Thanks for this very beautiful writing and teaching. I am currently struggling in such a mood that meditation is urgently needed. I actually am looking for knowledge and instructions on how to meditate.
The other day, I read a post in another forum recommending meditation for beauty. The author thinks life, instead of being in movement, is in staying still. After thinking about it for a few days, I believe for some people, it may be the best if they can properly combine physical activeness and the clearness of mind.
The music you provided here is curing and soothing. I like it too.
I will try to find time to read this article, if I could honorably get your permission to do so.
