Quite agree with Palmtree's recommendation.
The two links in BJ#2's for phonetic transcription practice are really useful -- keep practising the consonants and vowels will be good excercise for mouth musceles -
Below are some some words on mouth muscle practise (I don't have the source any more, sorry), but I didn't excersie it at all. Just for your reference (as said before, if you've mastered the English vowels/consonants, your mouth muscles are already well trained).
1、口的開合練習
張嘴象打哈欠,閉嘴如啃蘋果。開口的動作要柔和,兩嘴角向斜上方抬起,上下唇稍放鬆,舌頭自然放平。做這個練習,克服口腔開度的問題。
2、咀嚼練習
張口咀嚼與閉口咀嚼結合進行,舌頭自然放平。
3、雙唇練習(這個練習還有助於女孩子美唇啊,嗬嗬)
雙唇閉攏向前、後、左、右、上、下,以及左右轉圈
雙唇達響
4、舌頭練習
舌尖頂下齒,舌麵逐漸上翹
舌尖在口內左右頂口腔壁,在門牙上下轉圈
舌尖伸出口外向前伸,向左右、上下伸
舌在口腔內左右立起
舌尖的彈練,彈硬齶、彈口唇
舌尖與上齒齦接觸打響
舌根與軟齶接觸打響
