Raw materials:
200 grams of dry red beans
2 / 3 cup brown sugar
2 / 3 cup salad oil
Method:
Soak red beans in water for 2 hours. Add water and boil to soft. Blend into thin paste with a blender. Stir fry the paste in a non stick wok, adding oil and brown sugar little by little during this process, until the bean paste is thick.
