"Nature is pleased with simplicity" suggests that the natural world favors simple, elegant, and efficient solutions over unnecessarily complex ones, that the universe operates with the least amount of effort needed to explain its phenomena.
Nature, in its purest form, operates effortlessly and harmoniously with simplicity as its guiding principle. The intricate ecosystems, the rhythmic cycles of seasons, and the unspoken language of flora and fauna all adhere to a simple yet profound order. It is in the minimalistic design of a flower, the efficiency of a beehive, or the symmetry of a snowflake that we witness the beauty that arises from simplicity.

I always wondered what Newton was thinking when he discovered the law of universal gravitation? Some say that he got the theory by observing one apple falling. But in reality, he probably had been thinking about it for a long time, and was perhaps inspired by the action of that apple.
The world has changed so much since Newton's time, but I believe Mother Nature is still the same, she still prefers simplicity over complexity.
I would like to share this nice piece of writing as the conclusion of today's APAD:
Sometimes we feel that we have just reconnected with a truth we’ve always known and that if we could just know more about it, our life would be delightful and rich.
