Golden Delicious from Pumpkin: Three kings Bread, etc

P1：Pumpkin Three Kings Bread or rosca de reyes  Rosca de Reyes (or Roscón de Reyes in Spain) is a traditional cake that is typically prepared and enjoyed on Epiphany, celebrated on January 6th, which honors the visit of the Three Kings to baby Jesus. This festive bread is especially popular in Mexico and Spain. I just leanend this tradition a few days ago from my cowoker from Mexico when he ordered one of this cake/bread from a store.  The cake is typically round or oval, symbolizing a crown. It is decorated with candied fruits that represent the jewels of the Three Kings’ crowns. The bright, colorful fruits are placed on top, giving the bread a festive and vibrant appearance. I searched internet about  how to bake this bread. But I made lots of change because I don't want to use sugar and butter.  I used the natual sweetness from pumpking and dates. Both of them have same filling .  There is a little bit difference in the decoration of the top. P3：In order to add some color, I made some red band by colored dough using juice from beets. For the leftover beets, I made a beets smoothy by blending beets with some banana, lemon juice, pineapple, pomegranate. It tastes good. P4：sticky rice pumpkin pancake  with filling ( mixing of ground walnut, sesame , sweet dates and coconut oil)   P5：a pumpkin like no -kneading bread with from pumpkin
