Owl and Nightingale

Owl and nightingale
A male and a female
Sing in a fairytale
for the fairy to smile

No one but the fairy can tell
their singing is nothing but a solo
He sings all night alone
for the fairy to smile

P.S. My poem was inspired by Kang Kang's (康賽歐) lovely parrots Tian Tian (天天) and Niu Niu (牛牛). Thank you, Kang Kang, for the inspiring post you shared with us.
