1。 韓式牡蠣煎餅 - 用韓式煎餅專用的炸粉，成品比較酥脆。搭配韭菜

2。 酸菜豬血牡蠣羹

用地瓜粉兜一下，煮熟後很嫩滑。

豬血要先川燙過
