【美壇綜藝秀】How to get choked :-)

Got submitted via a rear naked choke by a girl 30 lbs lighter yesterday. Three girls, all small and lightning fast, in the gym could do it to me :-(

She got my back and her legs controlled my hips. She then blocked my head with hers and cranked her forearm on my windpipe. (See the illustration below.)
